Town Centre Reserve Orlando

Town Centre Reserve is a small, tranquil, gated community, set in a conservation area and built around two lakes. Despite its name, the community is not located in a town centre. Located in Davenport, Orlando, Town Centre Reserve community is made up of 94 villas. The villas are painted in soft pastel colours and the roads are lined with palm trees to give it that Miami boulevard feel.

Walt Disney World is 10 minutes away from The Reserve at Town Centre (the proper name). Within less than 5 minutes drive you also have the Championsgate golf complex. The complex has two championship golf courses, a Publix supermarket and restaurants.

Exit 58 is within 2 miles of the Reserve at Town Centre villas. This makes the location very convenient for travel to anywhere within Orlando.
