Weston Hills in Orlando, Florida is a small, quiet, gated residential and vacation homes community located on the US 27, 3 miles north of the US 192.
There is a high proportion of permanent residents living on this community, so it has a genuine American community feel. The environment itself is beautiful, with tree-lined avenues and well-manicured landscape. Weston Hills is surrounded by stunning, conservation natural wetlands. There is also an abundance of wildlife.
Within Weston Hills, for the use of the residents and guests staying in the vacation homes, are a children's play park, activity pool for children, two community swimming pools, clubhouse, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court and a soccer field. You do not pay any fees to use these facilities.
Walt Disney World is 15 minutes from Weston Hills. Universal Studios, Sea World & Wet `n' Wild is within 25 minutes drive. Shopping, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, gas station, and several golf courses such as Highlands Reserve are within a few minutes drive.
Weston Hills is around 5 minutes reach of Lake Louisa State Park. The park has its own beach, picnic tables, nature trails and fishing.
Also within easy reach is Clermont. This historic town has old style shops and a lake with nature trails.
